This role goes beyond basic listing management — you will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing performance, and managing end-to-end marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Operations :
- Manage end-to-end seller accounts on Amazon UAE & Noon
- Create and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, keywords, A+ content)
- Handle cataloging, variations, bulk uploads, and listing troubleshooting
- Manage pricing, promotions, and discount strategies
- Coordinate inventory and ensure stock availability
Performance & Growth :
- Plan and execute Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands)
- Optimize listings for SEO and keyword ranking
- Improve conversion rates through content, pricing, and offers
- Monitor competitors and implement pricing / positioning strategies
- Drive marketplace visibility and sales growth
Analytics & Reporting :
- Track KPIs such as Sales, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, Conversion Rate
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
- Identify growth opportunities and performance gaps
- Continuously optimize campaigns and listings
Strategy & Execution :
- Plan campaigns for UAE-specific events (Ramadan, White Friday, etc.)
- Identify winning SKUs and scale them
- Suggest new product opportunities and bundling strategies
- Maintain account health and compliance
Preferred Candidate Profile :
- 2–5 years of experience in Amazon / Ecommerce Marketplace Management
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (UAE experience preferred)
- Experience with Noon marketplace is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC, and listing optimization
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics
- Experience handling multiple SKUs and categories
- Excellent communication and ownership mindset
Good to Have :
- Experience with international marketplaces (UAE / KSA / GCC)
- Understanding of FBA / Noon Fulfilled / logistics models
- Basic knowledge of creatives (A+ content, product images)
- Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.
